Returns & Exchanges

Before returning any item please contact us on 01695 769111 or email info@youpersonalise.co.uk for instructions on how to return your item.

We regret that we cannot accept the return of customised goods unless they are damaged or defective, or different than the specification submitted.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered , are damaged or defective, incorrect in quantity, or different than the specification submitted in the original order transaction, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods.

We will on such receipt investigate the circumstances and immediately advise recoverable course of action.

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damages or expenses howsoever ensuing as a result of late or failure of delivery.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the goods and services ordered.

If you have any complaint, or customer service issue, you should submit the same to us at the contact address.

If you are returning any item, to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
