Does it cost extra to produce an item from my artwork?
No. prices do not depend on what is on the item.
Which graphic formats can be uploaded for stamp production?
We accept both JPEG and PNG file formats. Please make sure that the resolution of any graphic you upload is 600dpi. You can also send high resolution PDF's via email
What will happen if the artwork I have uploaded is not good enough.
If you have uploaded a file which is not good enough for production we will contact you by e mail or telephone. You will then have the possibility to redo your artwork and resend it to us via email. We strive to deliver the highest quality stamps and will do our best to help you with conversion etc as much as we can. In general we do not produce artwork from scratch however please contact us about your requirements.
What happens if I notice a typing error in the stamp after ordering?
Our production process is fully automated. We do not change/retype any text provided by our customers. Please make sure you have entered the stamp text exactly as you would like it produced. Especially Names and dates. Changes after production has started will not be possible. If we notice a typing error we will put your order on hold and contact you via email or telephone.
Can I order via telephone?
Yes we can take orders over the telephone however the company cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes and any instructions must be made clear.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards or Paypal. We do not accept cash.
Do you have a minimum order value?
No we accept orders of any size.
